Our mandate with Beauties Lab was centered around establishing a cohesive buying message that resonated with Beauties Lab identity as well as identifying opportune areas of growth.
Our deep dive analysis established a performance benchmark of their brand portfolio and categories and identified areas of growth and opportunities for the retailer.
Together with Beauties Lab, we established a brand matrix for each category laying the foundation for their brand selection.
Our identification of growth opportunities within each category, based on the insights derived from data analysis and sales reports, contributed significantly to optimizing product assortments and enhancing the overall positioning of the beauty retailer.
