Lachapelle-Co formulated and implemented a robust wholesale strategy tailored for the UK, US and Canadian markets. Employing a three-pronged approach, we strategically targeted luxury retailers, community-based indie shops and wellness clubs, ensuring a comprehensive market reach.
To fortify the brand's presence and appeal to potential partners, we revamped the wholesale deck, placing an emphasis on the brand's vision, notable press coverage and key growth milestones.
