Role

Buyer, Self-Care

As the Buyer for its newly launched Self-Care department, Karine rapidly scaled and managed a complex portfolio for the Skincare, Haircare and Wellness categories formulating compelling merchandising strategies and sourcing and managing 120 brands.

She enhanced the SSENSE tone of voice by securing exclusives such as the global launch of Pharell William’s beauty brand, Humanrace as well as launching new categories like Sexual Wellness.

Karine partnered with the brand and online marketing teams to develop and test new initiatives such as SSENSE's first influencer campaign and Self-Care multi-brand campaign, growing brand awareness for the Self-Care department.
